Ingredients
  • 4 piece Pita bread
  • 200 gram Feta cheese
  • 2 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Cut the pita bread in half to form pockets.
  3. In a bowl, crumble the feta cheese.
  4. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  6. Stuff each pita pocket with feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over the stuffed pitas.
  8. Place the stuffed pitas on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  9. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve the pita with feta warm.
