Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pine nuts
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 2 unit Egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 200 milliliter Whipping cream
  • 50 gram Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine the pine nuts, flour, butter, and granulated sugar. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the egg yolks and pulse until the dough comes together.
  4. Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the whipping cream and rosemary over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
  6. Strain the cream mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Whip the chilled cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Once the tart has cooled, spread the rosemary cream over the top.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
