Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Pour half of the carrot cake batter into the prepared baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture on top. Swirl the cream cheese into the batter using a knife or toothpick.

Pour the remaining carrot cake batter over the cream cheese layer. Swirl again to create a marbled effect.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the bars to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
