  • 6 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Add the spinach, onion, garlic, turmeric, baking powder, salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
  4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
