Ingredients
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour and salt.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Shape the dough into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
