  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.
  7. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
