  • 200 gram Pears
  • 200 gram Parsnips
  • 150 gram Fourme d'Ambert cheese
  • 1 piece Baguette
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the pears and parsnips into thin rounds.
  3. Cut the baguette into slices.
  4. Arrange the pear and parsnip slices on the baguette slices.
  5. Crumble the Fourme d'Ambert cheese over the top.
  6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Place the tartines on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Serve warm.
