  • 4 piece Pears
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Sliced almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  5. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until the dough comes together.
  6. Press the dough into a tart pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  7. Arrange the sliced pears on top of the dough.
  8. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the pears.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
