Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 package Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate Ganache
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Peanuts
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. In the meantime, prepare the chocolate ganache by melting chocolate and heavy cream together.
  7. Once the pie has set, drizzle the chocolate ganache over the top.
  8. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top for garnish.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
