  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, quick oats, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes. Cut into bars and serve.
