Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 1 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, beat whipping cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream mixture into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt milk chocolate chips and heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Pour over filling. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Remove sides of pan before serving.
