  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoon Mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon Maple syrup
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup and additional peanut butter if desired.
