  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 piece Large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Pretzels, crushed
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the creamy peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and crushed pretzels.
  7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
