  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spread the peanut butter over the dough, then spread the jelly on top of the peanut butter. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough over the jelly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
