Ingredients
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer them to wire racks to cool completely. Enjoy!
