Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Gingersnap cookies
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Fresh peaches
Instructions
  1. Crush the gingersnap cookies in a food processor.
  2. Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed cookies.
