Ingredients
  • 2 cup Peaches
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 package Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 8 slice Sponge Cake
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
  • 1 sprig Mint Leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. Slice the peaches and set aside.
  4. Arrange the sponge cake slices in a baking dish, covering the bottom completely.
  5. Spread a layer of the cooled vanilla pudding over the sponge cake.
  6. Top the pudding with sliced peaches and raspberries.
  7. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  10. Once cooled, spread whipped cream over the top of the torte.
  11. Garnish with almonds and mint leaves.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy!
