  • 600 gram Peaches
  • 200 gram All-purpose Flour
  • 50 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 120 gram Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Milk
  • 20 gram Icing Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor until crumbly.
  3. Add the egg and milk to the mixture and pulse until a dough forms.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough into a circle on a floured surface.
  6. Arrange the peach slices in the center of the dough, leaving a border.
  7. Fold the edges of the dough over the peaches.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before dusting with icing sugar.
