  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

  7. Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter. Layer half of the sliced peaches on top.
  8. Pour the remaining cake batter over the peaches and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Top with the remaining sliced peaches.
  9. Use a knife to gently swirl the batter and peaches.
