In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, butter, egg, vanilla extract, all-purpose flour, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough and press it into a tart pan.

In a separate bowl, mix chia seeds with 1/4 cup of water and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Spread the chia seed mixture evenly over the tart crust.

Arrange sliced peaches on top of the chia seed mixture.

Sprinkle sliced almonds over the peaches.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.

Drizzle honey over the tart before serving.
