Ingredients
  • 4 unit Egg whites
  • 250 gram Caster sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon White vinegar
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Fresh fruits
  • 8 unit Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F).
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the caster sugar and continue beating until the mixture is thick and glossy.
  4. Sift in the cornstarch and add the vinegar. Gently fold them into the meringue mixture.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray and shape it into a circle.
  6. Bake for 5 hours, then turn off the oven and leave the pavlova to cool completely in the oven.
  7. Once cooled, top the pavlova with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
  8. Garnish with mint leaves.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
