Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 200 gram Brie cheese
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
  4. Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and add it to the skillet. Stir until the cheese melts and coats the pasta.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
