Ingredients
  • 1 piece Baguette
  • 2 piece Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Bell Pepper
  • 1 handful Olives
  • 2 tablespoon Capers
  • 4 piece Anchovy Fillets
  • 2 piece Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 1 can Tuna
  • 4 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the baguette in half horizontally.
  2. Scoop out some of the bread from the center of each half.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar on both sides of the bread.
  4. Layer the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, capers, anchovy fillets, hard-boiled eggs, and tuna on the bottom half of the bread.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Spread Dijon mustard on the top half of the bread.
  7. Press the top half of the bread onto the filling.
  8. Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  9. Slice into individual servings and serve.
