Slice the baguette in half horizontally.

Scoop out some of the bread from the center of each half.

Drizzle olive oil and vinegar on both sides of the bread.

Layer the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, capers, anchovy fillets, hard-boiled eggs, and tuna on the bottom half of the bread.

Spread Dijon mustard on the top half of the bread.

Press the top half of the bread onto the filling.

Wrap the sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
