Ingredients
  • 3 cup Bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt, olive oil, and bread flour to the bowl. Mix well until the dough comes together.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  7. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  8. Spread the sautéed onion evenly over the dough.
  9. Sprinkle the grated cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side and seal the edges.
  11. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  12. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
