Ingredients
  • 300 gram Ong Choy
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 4 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the ong choy into bite-sized pieces. Slice the mushrooms.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add ong choy and continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
