  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
