Ingredients
  • 4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is foamy.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter over low heat until the butter is melted. Remove from heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and the milk mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  7. Cover the rolls with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
