Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and mustard powder until well combined. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
