Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 150 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 250 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until well combined.
  5. Divide the dough in half, shape each half into a log, and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
