  2. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, maple syrup, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust. Dot the top with butter.
  5. Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
