  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well. Stir in the raisins. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
