  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the raisins.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
