Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and peanut butter together.
  4. Add the melted butter and peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  5. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
