Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  3. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips together, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat mixture in the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top and lightly press down.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for about 1 hour.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
