  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
