  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
