Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cup Old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the banana-oat mixture. Stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
