  • 150 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 100 gram Mixed nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts)
  • 50 gram Plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 200 milliliter Milk
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, grated cheddar cheese, mixed nuts, plain flour, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
