Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add yogurt and milk to the dry ingredients and mix well to form a soft dough.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a baking stone or baking sheet inside.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a teardrop shape.
  7. Brush the naan with melted butter and place it on the hot baking stone or sheet.
  8. Bake for about 2-3 minutes until the naan puffs up and gets golden brown spots.
  9. Remove from the oven and brush with more melted butter.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
