  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs and beat until well incorporated. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  5. Warm the Nutella in the microwave for a few seconds until it becomes easier to spread. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella onto the cream cheese mixture, then use a knife to swirl it into the batter.
  6. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 2 hours.
  9. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  10. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
