Ingredients
  • 200 gram Noodles
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 100 gram Carrots
  • 100 gram Cabbage
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 50 gram Green onions
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  3. Add the carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, and green onions to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let the soup rest for 5 minutes.
