  2. Add bell pepper, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Bring the chili to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Stir in corn and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
