Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon White vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, water, vanilla extract, and white vinegar to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
