Ingredients
  • 200 grams Chocolate cookies
  • 150 grams Almonds
  • 120 grams Unsalted butter
  • 200 grams Dark chocolate
  • 200 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Crush the chocolate cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, chopped almonds, and melted unsalted butter. Mix well until the mixture is evenly moistened.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan, creating an even crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill.
  4. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate over a pan of simmering water. Stir in the heavy cream until smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt on top of the chocolate filling.
  7. Place the tart in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 3 hours.
  8. Once set, remove from the tart pan and serve chilled.
