  • 3 pound New Potatoes
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 4 stalk Celery Stalks
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Place the new potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are fork-tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the red onion, celery stalks, and fresh dill.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.
