In a food processor, combine flour, butter, sugar, and salt. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add egg yolks and pulse until dough comes together.

Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a tart pan.

Arrange sliced nectarines on top of the dough.

Brush the nectarines with apricot jam.

Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until crust is golden and nectarines are tender.
