In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the egg yolks, sour cream, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and wrap each in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out one portion of the dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

Spread a thin layer of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the dough.

Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log.

Cut the log into 1-inch (5 cm) pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Repeat with the remaining dough portions.

Brush the tops of the pastries with milk.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
