Ingredients
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 large Bell Pepper
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 0.5 cup White Vinegar
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage, chop the onion, bell pepper, and carrot.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, white vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, water, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture into the pan with the vegetables. Stir well to combine.
  7. Add pineapple chunks and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
