  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the walnuts and almonds until finely chopped.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped nuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  5. Brush a baking dish with melted butter.
  6. Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough in the baking dish, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  7. Spread half of the nut mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  8. Layer another 6 sheets of phyllo dough on top, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  9. Spread the remaining nut mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  10. Layer the final 6 sheets of phyllo dough on top, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  11. Using a sharp knife, cut the baklava into diamond or square shapes.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. While the baklava is baking, combine honey and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat until warm.
  14. Remove the baklava from the oven and immediately pour the warm honey mixture over it.
  15. Let the baklava cool and rest for at least 2 hours before serving.
  16. Serve and enjoy!
